La Borderie | Dordogne France

Although part of the commune of Les Eyzies, the hamlet of la Borderie is situated on a hilltop in an unspoiled paradise. In the course of the years gradually restored and carefully modernising inside, but keeping the Perigord style.

There are three houses to let:
- La Bergerie
- La Chaumière
- La Fermette

La Fermette | 8-12 persons

Is the biggest house with a large lounge (15 x 5 m), a log fire, a convertible sofa, a grand piano and is very well furnitured. In the basement is a large kitchen/diningroom with dish-washer, and patio doors to the garden. Next to the kitchen is a separate toilet, shower and wash hand basin. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom (bath, two wash hand basins and toilet). One bedroom with two single beds and the other with four single beds. (Possibility to add an extra bed on request) In the garden is a nice terrace, covered with vine-leaf and bunches of grapes. There is also a small pretty converted barn: 'Grannys flat': consisting of a bedroom (two singles) and a shower room. So la Fermette can lodge easily 12 people with the facility of three toilets

La Chaumière | 4-6 persons

All on ground floor level: lounge/dining room, open stone fireplace and comfortable lounge furniture. A kitchen with dish washer, bathroom with shower and toilet, two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with four single beds. Each room with wash hand basin and fitted wardrobes. The house has its own covered terrace and looks out on the swimming pool and the play-garden.

La Bergerie | 2-3 persons

Ground floor: lounge/dining room with log fire and kitchen, and toilet. The sofa is convertible. First floor: bedroom with two single beds, wash basin, shower and separate toilet. Possible to put in a third bed for a child. This house has its own fenced garden.
